S.D TIMER is a sourdough starter scheduling tool that calculates feeding and baking timelines based on user-supplied parameters (hydration, temperature, ambient conditions). The app is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
All schedules and recommendations generated by S.D TIMER are biological estimates only. Fermentation is a living, variable process affected by organism population dynamics, substrate availability, temperature gradients, and microbial competition — none of which can be fully captured by a deterministic algorithm.
Water & Flour Workshops expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of results. This app does not constitute food safety advice. Water & Flour Workshops accepts no liability for baking failures, spoiled product, foodborne illness, or any other outcome arising from use of this app.
The free version of S.D TIMER is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob / AdSense. Advertisements are displayed within the app interface. By using this app, you acknowledge that advertisements are an integral part of the free service. Google's advertising is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with advertising systems; use automated tools to access or scrape the app; or use the app for any purpose that violates applicable law.
All content, design, scheduling logic, algorithms, and branding — including the S.D TIMER name and visual identity — are the exclusive property of Water & Flour Workshops and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No license to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this app is granted by these terms.
S.D TIMER does not require user registration or account creation. All preferences are stored locally on your device. Water & Flour Workshops does not collect, store, or process personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Water & Flour Workshops reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
