Accessibility Statement

We want S.D TIMER to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA (the basis of Israeli Standard IS 5568).

What we have done

• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 in the app.
• Pinch-zoom is allowed; zoom is not blocked.
• All controls are real buttons, reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Every field has a label; help buttons and icons have names read by screen readers.
• Dialogs receive focus when they open and close with the Escape key.
• The fermentation chart has a text alternative: the list of times in its details dialog.
• Minimum text size 12px; language and text direction are set for each language (Hebrew and Arabic right-to-left).
• The device's "reduce motion" setting is respected.

Known limitations

• Ads are served by Google and are outside our control; they may not be fully accessible.
• The chart itself is a drawing; its information is available as text in the details dialog.
• The Android and iPhone apps show the same web interface; the system font-size setting may not fully apply.
• This is a self-assessment made in October 2026, not an external audit.

אנחנו רוצים ש-S.D TIMER תהיה נוחה לשימוש לכל אחד, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות. היעד שלנו הוא עמידה בהנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, שעליהן מבוסס התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568.

מה עשינו

• ניגודיות צבעים של 4.5:1 לפחות בטקסט של האפליקציה.
• אפשר להגדיל את המסך בצביטה; הזום לא חסום.
• כל הכפתורים הם כפתורים אמיתיים, נגישים במקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס ברור.
• לכל שדה יש תווית, ולכל כפתור עזרה ואייקון יש שם שקורא מסך מקריא.
• חלונות נפתחים מקבלים את הפוקוס ונסגרים במקש Escape.
• לגרף התסיסה יש חלופה טקסטואלית: רשימת השעות בחלון הפרטים.
• גודל טקסט מינימלי 12 פיקסלים; כיווניות ושפה מוגדרות לכל שפה (כולל עברית וערבית מימין לשמאל).
• מכבדים את הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של המכשיר.

מגבלות ידועות

• פרסומות מוצגות על ידי גוגל ואינן בשליטתנו; ייתכן שאינן נגישות במלואן.
• הגרף עצמו הוא ציור; המידע שבו זמין כטקסט בחלון הפרטים.
• באפליקציות לאנדרואיד ולאייפון מוצג אותו ממשק אתר; ייתכן שהגדרת גודל הגופן של המערכת לא תחול במלואה.
• הבדיקה נעשתה על ידינו באוקטובר 2026, ולא על ידי בודק נגישות חיצוני.
